ENGAGEMENT MODELS & ASSIGNMENT SUPPORT

A consultant or a squad.
Support throughout the engagement.

Targeted expertise or several complementary skills: we define the engagement with you. In both cases, a B&M project lead supports consultants throughout their assignment.

01 / SOLO CONSULTANT

Embedded expertise
to your team.

A consultant takes on a defined role and integrates with your tools, routines and organisation. You set operational priorities; B&M supports the consultant and monitors the assignment.

What do you need?
Add specialist expertise, increase capacity or fill a defined role.
How does it work?
An individual scope, agreed objectives and a B&M project lead identified from the start.

02 / SQUAD

Expertise brought together
around a shared goal.

A squad is a team of consultants with complementary skills, assembled around your needs: development, cloud, data, AI or product. Its scope, coordination and interfaces with your teams are defined before work starts.

What do you need?
Bring together several areas of expertise around shared work, with explicit responsibilities and dependencies.
How does it work?
A tailored team, shared objectives and a B&M project lead to support consultants and follow the assignment.

THE B&M PROJECT LEAD

The assignment begins.
Our support continues.

The project lead supports the consultant from onboarding through to the end of the assignment. They speak with the consultant and your contact to monitor the collaboration, identify difficulties and agree necessary adjustments.

YOUR TEAM

Day-to-day direction.

You share the business context, set priorities, prepare access and validate delivered work.

THE CONSULTANT / SQUAD

Delivery.

Consultants deliver the agreed work, share progress and flag blockers.

THE B&M PROJECT LEAD

Assignment support.

They support onboarding, collect feedback, facilitate communication and follow up on actions agreed with you.

Practical support,
from start to finish.

The communication schedule and points of contact are agreed at the start, based on your organisation and the assignment’s needs.

  1. 01
    Scope the assignment

Role, scope, objectives, contacts and support arrangements are shared before the engagement.

  2. 02
    Support onboarding

The project lead checks in on onboarding, understanding of the context and conditions for getting started.

  3. 03
    Monitor and adjust

Regular discussions with the consultant and client help review progress, address difficulties and follow up on agreed actions.

  4. 04
    Prepare what comes next

At the end of the assignment, we review the engagement and organise the handover materials agreed within the scope.

Objectives, team composition, engagement arrangements and support commitments are specified in the proposal.

And in
practice?

Who supports the consultant during the assignment?

A B&M project lead is identified at the start. They support the consultant throughout the assignment, communicate with your contact and follow up on agreed points.

Who manages day-to-day priorities?

For an embedded consultant, your team retains day-to-day management and validates the work. For a squad, coordination responsibilities are agreed before the engagement starts. The B&M project lead oversees the collaboration.

How often are check-ins held?

The schedule is agreed at the start according to context and assignment needs. Discussions cover onboarding, progress, difficulties and actions to take.

When can an assignment start?

The start date depends on the need, engagement model and confirmed availability at the time of your enquiry. Team composition, duration and arrangements are specified in the proposal.
