Business software

Your business software.
Your rules. Your workflows.

When spreadsheets, repeated data entry and scattered tools complicate daily work, we design a solution around how your teams operate.

Let’s discuss your project

USE CASES BEFORE TECHNOLOGY

What we can build.

01

Operations & tracking

Cases, requests, schedules and progress tracking.

02

Approval workflows

Roles, stages, required documents and decision history.

03

Data & integrations

Connections to your tools, imports, exports and consistency checks.

Start with how your teams actually work.

We examine stages, exceptions and the information each role needs. Connections to your ERP, CRM or existing system are assessed against available access and APIs.

FOR OUR FIRST CONVERSATION

Your daily work.
The starting point.

A spreadsheet, a case file or a sequence of approvals: show us how the work is done today.

WHAT TO SHARE WITH US
01An example of a real process
02Pain points and duplicate data entry
03The people and tools involved

You don’t need a complete specification to get started.

HOW IT WORKS

A clear process.
From start to decision.

The software needs to show the stages, responsibilities and status of a case. Exceptions are part of the design work.

EXAMPLE PROCESS · A REQUEST FOR APPROVAL
  1. 01

    The request

    Required information and documents.

  2. 02

    The rules

    Fields, checks and routing.

  3. 03

    Approval

The right person at the right time.

  4. 04

    Follow-up

    Statuses, history and communication.

Rejections, requests for additional information and changes of owner are examined with your teams, based on your actual process.

DECISIONS TO MAKE TOGETHER

The choices that
make the difference.

Concrete decisions, before turning them into development work.

01Processes & exceptions

We describe the actual journey: people, stages, rules and exceptions. This helps design a tool that works day to day, including when a case departs from the usual scenario.

To agree: target process and exception scenarios.
02Existing systems & integrations

We identify tools to retain, reference data and opportunities to connect to your ERP or CRM. A targeted integration may avoid a full replacement.

To agree: systems to connect and available access.
03Migration & data quality

If migration is planned, we define sources, mappings, checks and migration trials. Missing or inconsistent data is addressed before the switchover.

To agree: migrated data and acceptance checks.
04Adoption & launch

Business users take part in demonstrations and acceptance testing. We organise onboarding, useful documentation and the transition to the new tool.

To agree: key contacts and launch organisation.

A DEFINED PROJECT, VISIBLE PROGRESS

From the first conversation
to launch.

Our agile method
  1. 01

    Map the requirements

Processes, pain points, business rules and priorities.

    You validate

The target process and business rules.

  2. 02

    Design & integrate

Journeys, functionality and connections to your environment.

    You see

    Journeys tested against real situations.

  3. 03

    Support the handover

Business acceptance testing, agreed migration and onboarding.

    You receive

The tool, documented rules and onboarding.

DELIVERY & HANDOVER

What you
receive.

  • Tool and source code for the agreed scope
  • Documented business rules and interfaces
  • Business acceptance results and known issues
  • Documentation and onboarding support

The scope and deliverables are specified in the proposal.

Your questions.
Practical answers.

Do we have to replace all our tools?

Not necessarily. An integration or targeted module may be enough. We first review what works, the difficulties you face and the available connection options.

How do users take part?

The people involved contribute to scoping and validating the journeys. Demonstrations and feedback at each iteration allow adjustments before launch.

Can we roll out department by department?

Yes. An initial scope can cover one process or team, then expand. We check dependencies so an isolated stage does not create new duplicate data entry.

How do you check that the software fits the business?

Acceptance testing uses scenarios prepared with your users: typical journeys, exceptions and access rights. Gaps are identified and decisions made before launch.
